I really like to learn from nature, I have a lot of fun especially when they send jobs or tasks where you have to look for species because that way I can learn and have fun at the same time. I enjoy it a lot because it helps me to complement my knowledge during my course at university and also that I really like to learn about trees, animals, plants and about beautiful places in Chile, and it does not end up being an obligation, it is rather a hobby. I have learned many things, too many, from the seed to the immense tree about 30 meters high, from the dormant seed until the radicle comes out, I always relate my knowledge to marijuana, because it is something I like and I would like people to stop thinking that it is a "bad" plant, I currently have only one marijuana plant indoors and after several unsuccessful attempts, I finally managed to control the humidity, the amount of water and fertilizers that I should give it to the little plant, it is very cool to grow when you k

During the short time that I have been in my career, I have had enormous respect for my teachers, especially Professor Nicolás García. That teacher is too smart, and knows a lot about plant species and how to describe them, in fact he wrote a book about Chilean native trees, I stop and applaud him. I'd like to know a lot about plants like him <3. Teachers like him motivate me to learn more and more about plants and also about the processes that occur so that they develop, without a doubt that is my goal. But the teacher who has "marked" me the most was my head teacher in 3rd and 4th grade, that teacher was undoubtedly the best teacher I had, he always supported me, I always trusted me and my abilities, he always told me : "Miss Peña, you will be a great professional", even though he knew that I smoke marijuana he never treated me as a "drug addict" because he knew that I was not that, he knew that I was a functional and intelligent person, he He tau

The truth for a moment I was discouraged for having chosen this career and not being able to practice in the field, but then over the months I understood how beautiful it is to study this because they not only teach about trees, they have taught us services, the processes that occur in front of our eyes, like a seed can form a plant as huge as a tree and the greatest thing is to learn how every living being connects with its environment and other species, forming what we know as an ecosystem. People who ask me what I study have no idea what this career is about and unfortunately they prefer to study something that helps them earn more money and that has been the most human error, dirty money. If they looked beyond what they see the world would not be as bad as it is today, I feel that we with my colleagues can generate a great change in our country such as restoring ecosystems, informing people about plants, trees, shrubs, succulents. , etc, or teach children how important it is to tak

Every time I think about the rain I remember my childhood, in those years I lived in the south and although I always had a cold I felt free, I liked it when it started to rain because my mother made delicious little things to eat and my father prepared the stove, feel That heat and those sweet smells made me very happy, and the best thing was to wake up, go out to the patio and feel that smell of "rain". I always wanted to live again in that humble and homely house. Here in the Colina commune it hardly rains but the few days that it does rain are without a doubt my favorite days. Every time I travel south I realize immediately when we get closer to the south because the weather changes a lot and almost every time I arrive it starts to rain, it's like the best welcome I can get jajaja. Whenever I hear the sound of the rain I feel peace and I get excited, although many do not like the rain and say that it bothers me, it is a blessing because it gives life and joy to some.

mmm what a delicious meal to eat, especially when it's cold, the best panorama accompanied by a movie. The truth is that I can say that I love everything that has potato, French fries, mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, Russian salad, stuffed potato, well, if it has potato, uff, I will eat a pot lol. My favorite food is the chard omelette purée with spinach and carrot, accompanied by a well-stocked salad, a delight <3. I like it because it is something healthy and delicious, super easy to prepare and quick. It seems to me that eating this type of food is the best one could do since it is something free of animal suffering, light for our body and provides nutrients, what better. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan either, I just really like vegetables and I don't like animals being killed just for the whim of eating meat.

The truth is that I don't know much about technology, but I have always liked cell phones a lot, because I can always talk to my boyfriend, I can take photos, listen to music and even do things for college. When the online classes started, I used my cell phone for everything, but I had a hard time doing work like in Excel, PowerPoint or Word :( that's why I built a pc and the truth is very cool to have a computer jajaja. I do not find that technology is bad, the bad thing is the "extreme" things that we can do with it, like becoming addicted to social networks, in the end it depends on one not to make the relationship with technology toxic. So if I recommend it, if in the end without it we could not study right now :( It was worth the money invested in my pc <3

As a child I always wanted to be a math teacher or a doctor to help my mother with her health problems, but over time I thought that I would not reach the score for that:( Before choosing Forest Engineering, I thought about being a Kinesiologist, but something told me that this was not for me and it was when my thoughts and ideals changed, I wanted to be happy with my profession, I wanted to enjoy the world and learn from it, I wanted to contribute to the planet from an area to which not everyone pays attention and turns a blind eye, that is why I began to investigate and decided to study Forest Engineering <3 So far I have enjoyed learning about my career, it can be said that I am passionate about knowing nature. The truth is that I would very much like to work in a natural sanctuary or knowing the different forest types in Chile, it is my goal.
